Make a bank transfer to the account shown in your reservation confirmation. Use your unique reference code (e.g. RAFFLE-XXXX) as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly.
Yes! You can split your tickets however you like β€” all on one basket, or spread across several. Each basket is drawn separately, so tickets on different baskets each get their own chance to win.
Once we confirm your bank payment (usually within 1–2 business days), we'll email you your official ticket numbers. You can also check your order status anytime using the "Check My Order" button.
The draw is conducted live using a cryptographically secure random number generator β€” the same technology used in security software β€” so the result cannot be predicted or influenced by anyone. Two independent witnesses must enter their names and approve before the result is finalised, in line with the NZ Gambling Act 2003 transparency requirement. Yes! You can reserve more tickets at any time before the draw. Just click "Reserve Tickets" again β€” each order is completely separate and gets its own unique reference number and payment instructions. Use "Check My Order" with your email to see all your orders in one place.
